Description
The main aim of this two-volume anthology is to present the evolution of Modern Greek written narrative (literary, religious, historiographic, reflective, etc.). The anthology seeks to introduce the reader to the linguistic and expressive pluralism not only of folk narrative, but also of the scholarly and archaistic Greek-speaking narrative production from the 14th century till the foundation of the Modern Greek state.
